Designed to be built in pairs to accommodate multiple dwelling units on a small lot, they will aid in increasing density within the existing character of the neighborhood of St Johns. These homes are meant to provide a healthy alternative to conventional construction and advocate for a reduction in project scope to invest resources into intentional design, healthy materials, conscious building practices, and durable construction, prioritizing quality over quantity, rightsizing over upsizing.
